A "non-supported" add in/script repository on OTRS.org would be preferred. This would keeps the devs from having to worry about issues, but keep one site for all OTRS info.
I would take a separate site over nothing though. I know for asterisk PBX, there is a WIKI that anyone can contribute to, comment on and tweak config references and scripts. http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/ It has been very helpful. -- -- Steven May you have the peace and freedom that come from abandoning all hope of having a better past. --- - --- - - - - - - - -- - - - --- - ------ - - --- - - -- - - - -- - - - "Pim Rupert (Lemonbit)" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote in message news:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Roberto Giana: > >> I wrote once some some simple scripts, which showed how many (open) >> tickets are in a queue, how many in which state and so on...
