Hello All, Hope this email finds you all fine: How do I make it so that agents get emails on notes added. people get notifies on OwnerUpdate and such but not on note-adds.
OwnerUpdate New owner is "somebody" (ID=2). SendCustomerNotification Notification sent to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]". I see that Notification.pm has it listed in the for loop for valid types, but the email does not come out nor does it make it to the notifications db table. No record gets created on the History either, so It just may be a configuration issue. Can anyone help ? Thanks a Bunch.
