Helo,

How to handle newline in new ticket which is submitted via email? I always
got the following:

From:   [EMAIL PROTECTED]
To:     [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject:        test
\ntest\n\ntest\n\ntest\n\n\n\n

I have try change DefaultCharset to iso-8859-1 or utf-8, but it doesn't help.
