You need to "subscribe" to it. When you zoom into a ticket you see the
"subscribe" link.

Am I blind - I see the "Responsible" link, but no "subscribe" link.
I just called the guessed url
index.pl?Action=AgentTicketWatcher&TicketID=1486
and got
[Error][Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceAgent::Run][205] Module
'Kernel::Modules::AgentTicketSubscribe' not found!
In deed, there is a file ~/Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketWatcher.pm,
but no AgentTicketSubscribe.pm.
