You need to "subscribe" to it. When you zoom into a ticket you see the "subscribe" link.

Am I blind - I see the "Responsible" link, but no "subscribe" link.

I just called the guessed url

and got



In deed, there is a file ~/Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketWatcher.pm,
but no AgentTicketSubscribe.pm.

but there should be an AgentTicketWatcher.pm modul. Have a look in the cvs:
