I just called the guessed url index.pl?Action=AgentTicketWatcher&TicketID=1486 and got[Error][Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceAgent::Run][205] Module 'Kernel::Modules::AgentTicketSubscribe' not found!In deed, there is a file ~/Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketWatcher.pm, but no AgentTicketSubscribe.pm.but there should be an AgentTicketWatcher.pm modul. Have a look in the cvs:http://cvs.otrs.org/viewcvs.cgi/otrs/Kernel/Modules/ May be something went wrong with your installation?
Please forget the above. I don't have an AgentTicketSubscribe.pm either. But the watcher/subscribe feature works properly in my installation.
