Hello Tabitha, try <OTRS_CUSTOMER_UserLastname> instead. At least, it is <OTRS_CUSTOMER_UserFirstname> when you want to use just the firstname as salutation, so I gues it should be <OTRS_CUSTOMER_UserLastname> when you want to use the last name. Greetings
