Hi,
you need to change the method sub TicketGet in package
Kernel::System::Ticket. Currently it is computed like this:
$Ticket{Age} = $Self->{TimeObject}->SystemTime() - $Row[7];
...which needs to be a bit more complicated when you need to compute the
age in depency of working hours :). Let us know how you solved this -
