    You must use regular expressions.

      hi

      thank you very much.
another query is that i am trying to filter e-mails based on subjects

for eg: if my subject is companyname:order[order no]:order received

how can filter all the e-mails that come for order received?? i tried [*]
order received. but these mails dint get filtered. is there a specific wild
card character or specific format for searching. please let me know if you know.

      thank you

i tried to set filters for moving tickets automatically inside the
system. that is i set priority and set it to a particluar queue if the state is
changed. will this work ??
No, it won't work, the postmaster filter is used to filter incoming
messages fetched from mail, to do what you want to, you need to use the Generic
Agent
