I don't think it's possible, or at least not a good idea. I believe
that when you would delete a customer, OTRS would have to also delete
all the associated tickets and other data or the database would no
longer be consistent. I believe that's why there is no delete option.
Setting a customer to be no longer valid makes sure that customer can
no longer login, but the customer's ticket history is still available
for searching for instance.
This won't be very convenient for us then. I am looking to see whether otrs can
be integrated with our existing database, from which items *are* deleted on a
regular basis, and in which the appropriate cleanup is done.
