Hi,
Is there any way then of making the interface more user friendly. It
look then that the interface will just get bigger and bigger, For
example now when I look at the page Customer Users <-> Groups it is very
large and becomes difficult to manage, the same will be for User <->
Groups.

If the data is held in a database then there must be an entity model
with all the relationships which would allow me to delete data? Does
such a document exist and would you let people such as myself look at
it?

Regards

Alan

I don't think it's possible, or at least not a good idea. I believe
that when you would delete a customer, OTRS would have to also delete
all the associated tickets and other data or the database would no
longer be consistent. I believe that's why there is no delete option.
Setting a customer to be no longer valid makes sure that customer can
no longer login, but the customer's ticket history is still available
for searching for instance.
