I implmented this in my installation, but had to write a dyn. ACL-module
for this, because in standard-OTRS, the owner of a ticket has ALL
rights, so he can also assign the ticket to another agent.
For understanding what I have done (for self-usage of this),
* either I think you would have to view the code for several hours (I
did this)
* or I would have to document this for several hours (and I won't do
this - sorry)
The only thing I can offer is to give my work to OTRS-devs for them to
adjust it for general inclusion in OTRS' official releases...
