Gosh!!
I went to look for "status view" in admin->sysconfig and I wrote status view in the "Search for" field of the page but I got the error:

 Software error:

Can't use string ("") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at
/usr/share/otrs//Kernel/System/Config.pm line 589.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

On the same argument. How can I upgrade from 2.2.3 to 2.2.4 on debian server if it is still not available the release 2.2.4 of otrs in deb package?

Thank you in advance
Daniele

Or enable the "status view" in sysconfig and see open and closed tickets (not for the faint DB server). -Andy

You can limit the search to Status 'closed' if you need to.

Just pick the queues and the status you need and then at the end of the
search screen click the checkbox 'Save Search-Profile as Template?'.
Give it a name (e.g. 'closed tickets in queue XXXX) and save the search.
It will appear under the search templates choice next time.

AFAIK ten searches can be saved.

Greetz,
Daniel

Yes, I tried, but if I enter a star (*) in the default search I get a
lot of ticked, not only the closed one.
Ciao.
