Hello fellow OTRS users,
I'm wondering if it's possible to show the company name in AgentTicketQueue en in AgentTicketZoom. Now it only shows the company id, but for our users that's not very clarifying. I've look trough the manual and the settings, but I can't find anything about it. Does anybody know the solution for this?
