This was exactly whats missing, not OTRS is working :)))
on window 2003, IIS 6.0,  Sql 2005 activestate perl 5.8 build 822

My next step should be to figure out how to setup OTRS to aithenticate
against the windows active directory of the firm I work at (i.e. the network
accounts)

The next version of the Admin Manual will include the manual

This is great it will surely save many people a lot of time surfing around
collecting bits and pieces from all over the net :))
