Hi, I'm trying to customise the Customers' user interface. I already copied the needed dtl files to .../Output/HTML/<theme> and activated the theme into the database.
All of this works, but I want to do the following thing: In the Customers' user interface, I see the following "links" in the NavBar: Logout - New Ticket - MyTickets - CompanyTickets - Search - FAQ-Area - Preferences. I want to remove the "links" CompanyTickets and Search. How...??? Reason: We don't want that a user can see someone else's tickets. (for confidentiality reasons) I already de-activated the CompanyTickets view, but he can still search and then the tickets are shown. So I need to be able to de-activate the ticket search functionality as well. Regards, C.
