Hi Leonardo, The system just works great, no errors! So, if anyone is interested in doing the changes, have no fear. By the way, i'm using otrs2 in Debian Lenny, version 2.2.7-2lenny1 with apache2 version 2.2.9-10+lenny3, mysql-server version 5.0.51a-24+lenny1 and sendmail version 8.14.3-5.
One more question Leonardo, is there a way that for the users to create their own accounts in OTRS?
