Hi Rajaa Is DEEXVS03.wincor-nixdorf.com <http://deexvs03.wincor-nixdorf.com/>pingable from the machine hosting OTRS? Also with your username you can try pre-fixing the username with your domain, such as domainname\domainaccount.
