Hi This is Sourabh Sarwate from India. I am new to OTRS and implementing OTRS for my organization. Presently I am facing 2 problem in sending mail
1)I Our company mail ids on google group and the OTRS system is not able to send the mails on these Id. 2) Any mail sent on other then my companey id is treated as spam at clinet end. Can anyone suggest me how I can overcome from this problem. Regards, Sourabh Sarwate
