Hi Edmond,

Many thanks for answering your own question! I hope other Chinese users
might benefit from this.

If there would be a default font which incorporates all glyphs
(Latin/Cyrillic/Hebrew/Greek/Arab/Chinese/...) maybe we could use that in
the PDF. Because there's no such font (I know of) , I guess we're stuck with
this behavior.
