Disclaimer: I have only tested it with OTRS 2.4 El script que adjunto sirve exactamente para ese proposito. Si lo corres en una maquina distinta a la DB tienes que cambiar la variable $DBNAME. Si no usas unix tienes que comentar las lineas que ejecutan stty.
