Hi Marc,

It's this bug: http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6354 - it only
happens if you use the SMTPTLS mail backend.
We've already fixed it and the fix will be available in upcoming OTRS
3.0.5 which will become available next Tuesday, if all is well.
