Hi Lars,

I meant this sysconfig setting:
http://doc.otrs.org/3.0/en/html/Ticket.html#Ticket:Frontend::Agent::TicketOverview:Ticket::Frontend::OverviewSmall_ColumnHeader

It makes the ticket title appear in the small view rather than the
subject of the last article; which makes much more sense in my
opinion.
