Hi,

I indeed needed this to prevent looping of mails from a certain customer so I 
tried the method provided by Peter and this does the trick.

or create a postmasterfilter and set

X-OTRS-Loop      True

If this X-OTRS header is set, no auto answer is delivered to the sender of the 
message (mail loop protection).
