I am currently using OTRS 3.0.0 beta7. I will install new system on another server with 3.1.4. After install, is there a way to copy entire configuration from old system to the new one? I don't need any tickets, but I need to copy all the settings, queues, agents, services, SLAs, auto replies, etc. Can this be done? If so, how? GoodWills Parag Bhalerao
