Thanks. We were aware of the 7.5 issue a couple of weeks ago especially 
regarding compliance issues. We are using 8.0.10.2, and I can’t login myself 
from my work desktop. I get an immediate “Shoot, something appears to be wrong 
on our end. Please give us a few minutes and try again” from the AIM client.

They announced a while back that they were dropping support for external IM 
clients at the end of April. Are you using the AOL branded client, or third 
party?
