GURU says "that the 580 was advertised by Apple as a 66Mhz machine, since the clock speed was doubled inside the processor chip, however all the I/O to the processor is done at 33Mhz" A lot of the LC's and Quadras seem to use the same chip, so I don't know of a board that you could put it in to get 66Mhz.
