+1. Thanks Dumitru for proposing this.
I'd prefer it NOT replacing the weekly IRC status update, which is more
frequent and less formal.
As you mentioned we can focus on more in-depth discussions in this monthly
meeting such as making design decision for a complex problem. I think it
may be good to have a meeting agenda document to collect topics before each
meeting. If there are no topics proposed a day before the meeting we can
cancel it for that month.
