I would not mark removing the workaround as fixing the commit adding tunnel tso.
At the time, adding those workarounds was indeed fixing 084c8087292c
("userspace: Support VXLAN and GENEVE TSO.".
What I meant with this Fixes: tag was that the bump to v23.11.2 should
have come with removing the workarounds.
Or maybe I am not getting your point :-).
