.configure --disable-owperl --disable-owpython

gives the same error....

the folder /module/swig/perl5
is empty...

have tryed to disable a lot of stuff to get rid of the swig usage but with no success. even read a archived mail about a patch that should disable swig "support" if the swig dir did not exist..

know of anyting else to try ?

I have succeded in compiling owfs-1.0p0 with owhttpd (and this works can read temps and all) But owfs did not compile so no mount options.... , it complained about missing libfuse but this is installed as far as i can tell becuse owfs-2.1p0RC don“t complain about this...

try:
.configure --disable-owperl --disable-owpython
then 'make' and 'make install'

It sounds like the swig setup is the problem, and swig has had a recent version
change and I'm not sure it works currently.

Subject: [Owfs-developers] Installing owfs

Hello
Im having big problems trying to install owfs, hope someone can help me.

Have done the following.

Compiled a fresh 2.6.14 kernel with fuse built in.
installed libfuse-dev (debian(working according to the ./configure))
and libusb (working according to the ./configure)

downloaded
owfs-2.1p0RC.tar.gz
unpacked and rann ./configure

and got the folowing error

--snip--
config.status: error: cannot find input file: module/swig/perl5/Makefile.in
--snip--

Have tried to remove the whole swig dir without success.

Also got this warning
configure: WARNING: SS is true
