Hi,

It was a while ago, and I know it wasn't a straight forward process when
I installed it, like a few people have mentioned on this list before,
there were some problems with the installing of both release and cvs. I
think in the end I pulled the cvs and then disabled everything except
owserver, owfs and owhttpd. My executable dates are July 22 2005 so I
assume the CVS pull was some time just before then, and the ow_2450.c
date is Jul 5 2005.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I also tested them on a windows box with
the driver and java programs from dallas/maxim with no problems.

I made sure I was confident (within reason) of the device reliability
before I mailed the list.
