There is a directory called "simultaneous" if there are devices in the directory that support the "convert all" command.
A command like `echo "1" > 1wire/simultaneous/temperature` will initiate temperature conversion. You can then attempt to read the temperatures, perhaps with `cat 1wire\*\temperature` and after the requisite delay for the first, all the temperatures will be available until they time out.
