I have done this with my logic analyse normally. Maybe on the Debug level of the owserver , there is a way to log the data.
 
I have to check my self for this, because this could maybe solve my problem.

I have a owfs system running on a RPi with 2 x LinkUSB adaptors and I have a single DS2423 connected to one of those segments counting LED pulses on my Electricity Meters.

I’ve never done a “full byte dump” before so if you can give me some sort of recipe to produce what you want, I should be able to run it on my system and get you the output.
