Does anyone have experience in IE8 programming, specifically how to build / what is the format of the .rs files located in -
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Feeds\ ?
They're obviously binary + the expected XML, but there must be an API that I
can use to red and write these things.
