Agreed - took me a while to get used to it, much better than IIS6 though. I like the way most settings are now stored in web.config. Since I have many IIS sites deployed from one 'master' via an automated process I can set it all up in one place. What I really don't like is that some settings are still hidden away in the 'metabase', and that some features (SMTP for instance) are still only accessible via the old IIS6 GUI tool. Maybe MS should hire Appleās gui designers as consultants..so we agree its > has issues > > Please no!
