But, doing a 'hand test' there is definitely air being blown in and out (there are fans in both directions for flow-through). I also installed a motherboard monitor and all of the heat and voltage values look good, with no changes after running for three hours (well, slight changes in voltage and temp, but completely within good ranges). So, may have had nothing to do with temperature at all, I'm only going with temp because of Ockham's Razor. Seems more likely than a gamma ray burst. :)
