Hi James

I do alot of SEO/Digital Marketing consulting and unless you want to sell
your soul what you're really looking for is an inbound marketing & lead
nurturing strategy.

I say this because, unless you're using black hat strategies ranking #1 is
really hard and someone else that's using black hat strategies will always
beat you(until Google fix their rankings which doesn't look like happening
for a long time). It maybe possible two rank#1 using whitehat seo but it's
going to cost you alot of money.

Google isn't the only source of traffic you can get traffic from many other
sources. If you use smart inbound marketing with good content that adds
value, lead nurturing and re-marketing/behavioural marketing etc. You can
beat the #1 rankers. And you can do it with a clean conscious and even wake
up happy knowing that you've added some value.

I can help you with a strategy if you email me off list.
