For literacy, ABC Reading Eggs is the go. http://readingeggs.com.au/

It is self-paced (presumably that will let an authistic person find their
own level) and gamified learning experience that really resonates with
kids. You get reports mailed to you on how your child is progressing
through the site and what they have learned.

My friends with kids of the same age all regard it highly.
