indigenous birthing

I work in a remote Aboriginal community.  We are searching for models of
care for indigenous women - especially intra partum - that incorporate
cultural and social needs, as well as 'safe' aspects of Western knowledge. 
This can include overseas projects, but the most applicable would be
indigenous peoples within first world nations.
