I have looked at the Cochrane review but I have to say that it does not reflect my
private practice at all.
In over 100 births I have given synt twice because these women were distressed by long
3rd stages. I have had 1 pph when I didn't
get to the birth in time (5 minutes from my home) and the woman pulled on her cord.
I'm hoping for some different perspective.
