Joanne,   Your uni should be able provide you with access to the CIAP system.  If you dont know about this, your uni library will have tutorials on it. If you are in the NSW public health system it is available at work also. In the search boxes type in any phrases that you think tie in with Phys. 3rd stage. ie. They will come up journals and articles that you can chase either on the net or in your library. This system is really all you need for even a substantial search (imo)   Other Search engines are often useful too.
