Andrea

I found (unfortunately) hot weather made cramping and the restless legs much
worse. But, went down to the health food shop and bought zinc and
magnesium, didn't cure, but did relieve for some weeks.

Because of shocking back pain used to try and sleep on hands and knees, even
lying on side used to be painful. I got the beanbag and put in underneath
the tummy, pillow for head, and made sure I was in the middle of a double
bed so didn't fall asleep and overbalance onto the floor?!! Looks silly,
but got me sleep.

Hope this helps.
