Thrush in pregnancy

Dear All,   Do you have some advice for a 28 weeks pregnant woman who is being driven mad by ongoing thrush? She has been following the anti-candida diet for about three weeks to no avail. Lots of pain and lots of strain in her marriage!   Awaiting your wisdom with thanks in advance!   Alison Reid
