thrush in pregnancy

Dear All,   Forgive me if this message appears more than once  - computer seems to have a mind of its own at present. Can any of you help with advice for a 28 weeks pregnant woman who is being driven mad by ongoing thrush? She has been following the anti-candida diet for about three weeks but to no avail.
