Dear Cheryl,
This policy has been in place 7 years, written by one of the consultants who
has a 'bee in his bonnet' about bladders. I've only been at the hospital 8
weeks, and you can imagine he thinks I'm challenging his knowledge/authority
- which I am! Your questions have given me a great starting point Cheryl, I
really do appreciate your help. I am newly qualified, and a bit daunted
where to start, but I feel I must do something. Other midwives agree with
me, but I believe I am on my own with this one.
Thanks again,
Sadie
