Amazingly enough I just recently had a newly
pregnant mum ask me if bubs were still smaked at birth! It seems that
there is a great deal of misinformation about birth in this current Australian
society. And to think, these are the same women making 'informed
decisions' about the type of birth they want!!!
I would have to agree that someone like a midwife
should view the other 'normal' rituals that occur after birth.
