Title: Re: turning a breech
Hello Karen,

A few weeks ago I had a comparable situation. First I send the mother to the osteopaat to adjust that the pelvis was ok. I also suggested her to take pulsatilla 200 k before the consultation.
Then I gave her some exercises I learned from Naoli Vinaver on the midwifery today conference in Paris.
She had to do the following :
20’ on her back with the hips higher than the head
2 hours free time to do what ever she wants
20’ on al fours with the head laying on the hands and hips higher
2 hours free time
20’ on all fours and creep through the room and moving the hips as much as possible.
Naoli tells the mother has to do that during a day, sleep at night and when the baby didn’t turn in the morning, start over again. She told us that after one day and a half all the babys are turned.
The mother told me she did the exercises, but just one day and not all the time. The gyn had said she had to come at 37 weeks in to the hospital to turn the baby. She went there and the gyn never saw a baby so quickly turn as soon as she just touched the belly. She almost did nothing to let him turn.
Two weeks later the mother had a beautifull homebirth, head first.
I don’t know what turned the baby, maybe the combination of all or just luck. But I think it is worth to try it.
I hope you can use the information
Warm greetings
Lieve
