I think I have said it on the list before, but I believe that the right to chose a cs for no medical reason then it should be classed as cosmetic and thus be fully paid for by the woman.  I am sure if this was the case then the option for cs will make more think. If my bub wasnt crying I would jump on the soap box and say if we have to pay for an independant mw (which is a choice taken away from us now anyway) then why not have to pay for  unnecessary surgery?
