question for those heavily involved with NMAP...I have read the RANZCOG's response to NMAP and the subsequent responses to that, but was wondering what other moves have been made to discuss NMAP with the college?  Has anyone seen Dr John Campbell in person?  Have the states individually taken NMAP up with the state bodies, how and to what response?  Could anyone shed some light on this for me?
