Sara Wickham has also written a thought provoking book on the use of Anti D. Worth a read. Your reasoning for giving it Jan sounds like the medicos reasons for intervention "just because I have seen a certain scenario happen or not happen is my reason for this intervention" . This is emotional blackmail not necessarily informed consent.
